Lehmann Homes is the lifework of founder and owner Denise Lehmann, who has been designing, remodeling and building homes in the Philadelphia area for over 20 years.
The mission from day one has been crafting unique high-end homes for the buyer with discerning tastes and an environmental consciousness. Her creative design process seamlessly marries luxury and sustainability.
A one-woman show and pioneer in the green living movement, Denise built the first LEED platinum certified home in the city in 2010, raising the bar for other developers to follow suit. She is currently working on her sixth collection of eco-friendly townhomes.
Lehmann Homes’ new construction is concentrated in the Manayunk section of the city. This diverse and vibrant neighborhood is the perfect setting for her innovative dwellings. A 20 minute commute to downtown Manayunk merges the pace of city life with suburban amenities in harmonious balance.

We first fell in love with Denise's work in 2009 when we bought in Sheldon Crossing in Manayunk. As our family grew and we needed to leave the city, she was the natural choice for the complete renovation of our suburban home. It's hard to imagine who we'll buy from as empty nesters if she ever stops building! Lots of developers make beautiful houses but Denise is in the business of custom forever homes. And her ability to incorporate every imaginable comfort and luxury into an urban setting is unmatched. We simply haven't found any builders on her level in Philadelphia.
